The ideal candidate has a minimum of 5 years business experience with a background in any/all of the following: Sales, Banking, Financial Services, Consulting, M & A, Accounting, and MBA a plus. Experience as a Business Owner is also a plus.
This person must be self-motivated, able to work on their own and in teams, be an effective communicator, presenter and negotiator. Compensation is commission based; you are establishing a successful business within a business. The firm will provide ongoing lead generation, full office support including office space, as well as ongoing education and training.
